Summary :

A singer by profession, Suraj (Super Star Rajesh Khanna) gets stranded in resthouse in the coutnry side during a rainstorm. While there he experiences unusual feelings, as if he has been there before. He feels himself transported to another time and era, to another birth, and drawn to a woman named Ratna (Hema Malini). He is unable to leave this experience behind him, and decides to find out what this means. He discovers that in his past life he was a Chief Singer in the emperor's court, his name was Prakash and he had fallen in love with a courtesan named Ratna, much to the chargin and anger of his family and the emperor's and his officials. They are tragically separated. He subsequently comes across a portrait of Ratna, and shortly after he meets a gypsy, Jhumri (also Hema Malini) who looks exactly like Ratna. Soon Jhumri is also able to recollect her past life, and her love for Prakash. This does not auger well with Rita Malhotra (Asha Sachdev) who loves Suraj, and Appa (Prem Chopra), the son of the leader of the gypsies (Madan Puri), who will not stop at anything to make Jhumri his wife. Appa steals the portrait, and instigates the gypsies against Suraj, so that he can marry Jhumri, and perhaps separate the two lovers again in this birth also.

SUMMARY :

Widower Jeevanlal gets arrested for assaulting a Pharmacist as he is unable to afford medicines to treat his ill daughter, Guddu. Subsequently jailed, his repeated and vain attempts to escape only end up increasing his sentence, leaving Guddu to fend on her own. SUMMARY :

Teacher Tulsiram is married to Saraswati and has two step-brothers, Advocate Rajaram, and Shankar who is uneducated. When Rajaram returns, Tulsiram wants him to get married to Bindiya, the daughter of Thakur Narayandas, and is displeased when he finds that Rajaram has married Sheena, the daughter of wealthy Advocate Surendranath. Narayandas gets upset after Tulsiram attempts to get Shankar married to Bindiya, and he gives Tulsiram an ultimatum - get Rajaram to marry his daughter - or he will forcibly take over their land and house, which have been mortgaged with him to pay for Rajaram's education. Then Tulsiram gets arrested on charges of Fraud, Theft and Cheating. Shortly thereafter Shankar, too, is arrested for abducting Bindiya and holding her hostage. Rajaram returns home to defend his brothers but may end up regretting this decision when he finds out who the public prosecutor is.

STORY :

Raj Anand is a Bollywood movie director and lives a wealthy lifestyle with his wife, Padmini, and only son, Varun. He is respected and liked in the industry and is known to be a man of honesty and principles. He feels that Varun should make a debut in one of his movies, which he decides to call "Nagar Vadhu" (Prostitute), and hopes to cast a well-known Bollywood actress, Sakhi Swami, opposite Varun in the female lead role. The only problem is that Varun dislikes acting, but when Raj persuades him, he changes his mind, and agrees to act in this movie. Varun meets with Sakhi, and both are attracted to each other. This movie was in news as the return of the 1970s hit pair Rajesh Khanna and Zeenat Aman. Great hype was there and the die hard old living fans of Rajesh Khanna were eager to watch this movie. However, the movie came and went. Nobody knew of its release- when the movie was released and went off the theaters. Its release could have been better handled. It is yet to be released in many territories of India. Its CDs/ DVDs are not released too. We are wanting to see the movie to judge how the old couple looks after 30 years. We were sure that this movie will bring back the charm of Rajesh Khanna who has acted superbly.

STORY :

Synopsis :

After the marriage of his daughter, Geeta, with army Major Pratap Singh, widower Hridaynath lives a simple middle-class existence with his unmarried daughter, Priya, in Dehra Dun. Geeta, Pratap and their new-born son, Munna, pay them a visit and live with them for a few days. They find out that Hridaynath is under constant threat from a loan shark he had borrowed money from to get Geeta married. Shortly after that Geeta and Pratap leave back home for Ranikhet, and it then that Hridaynath finds out that his loan has been repaid and that they also have a telephone now - thanks to Pratap. STORY :

STORY :

Kumar Sahib with his hard work and efforts is one of the top industrialists. His family consists of loving wife, two young brothers, one sister and a servant Krishna. Though they are stepbrothers and sister, Kumar loves them immensely as his own children. Kumar Sahib has a clash of wits with Dhanraj (Paresh Rawal), who successfully schemes with Kumar Sahib's two brothers, and takes over the prestigious mansion and vaste business empire, leaving Kumar Sahib virtually penniless, and devastated with the passing away of his wife.As a result he faces a downfall in his business and he is in a debt of lacs and crores.
His stepbrothers refuse to help him. Emotionally shattered Kumar Sahib suffers a heart attack. Krishna, in spite of his master's financial troubles stands by him. The brothers throw him out of the house thus making Kumar all the more miserable.

STORY:

Vijay is a story about various characters that are bound by relationships of love and friendship. STORY :

Widowed Kamla Srivastav lives in a Bungalow named "Kamla Nivas", named after her by her late husband, Shrikant, where she now lives with her grown son, Virendra, his wife, Rekha, and their daughter, Sunita. Kamla's chores include all household work, including cleaning, cooking, washing clothes as well as running errands outdoors. She is shunned, belittled, and berated by Rekha and generally ignored by Virendra, with the only bright spot in her life being Sunita. This 1985 movie of Rajesh Khanna is an often repeated story of revenge but has been mounted well on hilly locales. The SuperStar is as usual at ease with the role and does his part to the satisfaction of the viewers. The music by Bappi Lahiri is a let down and he could have composed much better music considering the fact that all Rajesh Khanna movies have very good songs. But Bappi gives a run of the mill score. Omshivpuri overacts but the other cast members- Tina Munim, Padmini Kolhapure, Shakti Kapoor put in their bit to make the movie worth a watch. Rajesh Khanna excels in certain scenes and carries himself well as a military officer despite his limitations. Over all a good movie

STORY :

STORY :

Thakur Vikram Singh, while driving home in his chauffeur-driven car, loses control, and crashes it in a building, instantly killing a woman. Vikram finds out that the woman had a young son, Raju, and decides to adopt him to atone for this crime. He takes him home with him, but Vikram's snobbish and arrogant son, Maan Singh, does not take kindly to this intrusion. Vikram decides to send him away to a hostel so that he can learn to get along with everyone. Shortly after that, Vikram passes away, his estate is taken over by his brother, Pratap, and Maan is allowed to return home. The first thing Maan does is to get Raju out of the house into their stables, and Pratap brands him with the letter "M" on his back. Years later, Raju is still working in the stables, is in love with Maan's sister, Poonam, and hopes for better times. When Maan finds out that Raju is in love with Poonam, he has him severely beaten, and left for dead, and arranges his sister's marriage with Yuvraj Singh. Years later, a man named Rai Bahadur Rajdev Singh enters the Singhs' lives. Maan suspects that it is none other than Raju, only to find out that he has no scar or any marking on his back. It is then that Maan finds out that his dad did not die but was killed. Maan swears to avenge his father's death, but does not realize that he may not even have a roof on his head as he has lost everything in a horse race to Rajdev. The questions remain, who killed Vikram; who exactly is Rajdev; and did Poonam marry Yuvraj Singh?

STORY :

Asha has always known Ashok, an employee with her dad, since she was a child and has had a crush on him. She could not stand anyone else trying to woo him in any way. STORY :

STORY :

Justice Diwan lives in a palatial house with his wife, Sharda, and a son named Rajan. Diwan and Rajan do not get along and as a result, Rajan moves out and goes to live in a nearby slum area with two friends, Dr. Bashir Khan and his brother, Rahim. STORY :

Rajeshwar belongs to a wealthy family, and is the only son of Dharamraj, who is an industrialist, and partners with Naglingam Reddy, Nagendra, and Dhanraj. Rajeshwar meets Bharati, who comes from a very poor family, and falls in love with her. Bharati's father is a schoolteacher, Vishnupratap, and has also to beg for food house to house to make ends meet. Bharati initially does not reciprocrate Rajeshwar's affection, but when she realizes that he really does love her, she too falls in love with him. Bharati's has a neighbor, Tilak, who is unemployed, and lives with his mother, Sharda, who works as a maidservant in a rich family's house. STORY :
Photographer Raj Bedi meets with attractive Radha, both fall in love, and get married. Shortly after the marriage, Raj has an accident and is hospitalized. He does recover, but has no sensation in his legs and must be confined to a wheelchair. The cost of his treatment, in addition to the loss of his job, leads Radha to take up employment as a Governess to a small child, the only daughter of wealthy industrialist, Ashok Mehra. STORY :

Avtaar Krishen lives a poor lifestyle with his wife, Radha, and two sons, Ramesh and Chander. He works in a factory and toils hard so that his sons can get the necessary education, and live a better lifestyle. He gets injured and crippled while working, but is compensated adequately by his employer, Bawaji. Years later his sons have grown up. While Ramesh has married Sudha and works with a bank; Chander is wooing Renu, the only daughter of wealthy Seth Laxminarayan. When Avtaar and Radha wish to go on a tirathyatra (pilgrimage), they ask Ramesh to book tickets for them, but he tells them that he has no money. When Radha gets sick, their servant, Sewak, enters Sudha's room to get some money for her treatment, as a result Radha does get treatment, but Sudha blames them for stealing her money. Avtaar asks Ramesh and his wife to get out, only to find out that the house is now in Sudha's name. AVtaar, Radha and Sewak move out and live in a shanty hut. Their hopes are with Chander, who does well in his exams, decides to marry Renu, and moves out without financially assisting his parents. Now Avtaar and Radha are elderly and dependent on Sewak, and the question remains will they resign themselves to this existence, if not, what possibly can a crippled older male accomplish, especially at this time in his life?

STORY :

Thakur Bhavani Singh heads a gang of dacoits, who have spread terror and fear in the region. Bhavani has a family, consisting of his wife, Radha, and two sons, Ram and Laxman, and a daughter named Ganga. One day Bhavani kidnaps the son of wealthy Harnam Singh, and will release him for a hefty ransom. Harnam agrees to all the conditions, and hands over the money to Bhavani. Unfortunately, Harnam's child is killed, and his wife, devastated, curses Bhavani and his family. Subsequently, Bhavani is separated from his family due to heavy rains and floods, and decides to turn himself in to the police, and is sent to prison. His wife has been unable to locate any of their children. Ram and Laxman are taken in by two bandits, and turn to a life of crime, and ironically Ganga is adopted by Harnam Singh. Years later, Bhavani is released from prison, and comes to meet his wife, and is devastated to know that he may never get to see his children again. STORY :

Honest and dedicated Police Inspector Kumar Chandra Singh intercepts a bank robbery, and is in the process of arresting the bank robbers, when he himself becomes a suspect, and is apprehended with a suitcase containing some of the cash stolen from that bank. Kumar is stripped of his powers as a policeman; is arrested; tried in court; and sentenced to prison. As a result of his arrest, his mother dies of shock and disbelief. He is crippled in an accident, and must use the help of crutches to walk. STORY :

Unable to handle the taking of his kingdom by an Indian Government decree, the Maharaja kills himself. His son, Jaipal, takes over as the Maharaja, turns rebel, and refuses to hand over his title and kingdom to the Government. It is in this background that Police Superintendent Dhirendra Singh assumes his duties. When a conflict arises between Jaipal and himself, he is transferred to another town. An enraged Pratap, when he finds out about Janki's affair, has her married to Dhirendra. On the day of the marriage, Jaipal's nephew abducts Janki, but is shot dead by Manu. A pregnant Janki goes to live with Dhirendra, while Manu is sentenced to prison for life. An angry Jaipal kills Manu's dad, Thakur Sangram Singh, and sets fire to their house. Then Jaipal sets his eyes on young Kamli, who is Bhanu Pratap Singh's, Manu's brother, sweetheart, gets her pregnant, but refuses to marry her. Kamli, shamed at this, refuses to meet Bhanu. When Bhanu finds out that Jaipal had killed his dad and set fire to their property, he becomes a bandit with several other townspeople, and calls himself Bhavani. Years later, Manu is released from prison for good conduct, decides to make a living as a bounty hunter, hunting down, killing bandits and collecting rewards from SP Dhirendra. The story reaches a climax when Manu goes to hunt down Bhawani, not knowing that it is his own brother; while Jaipal kidnaps Dhirendra's son and holds him for ransom. The question remains will Manu hunt down Bhanu, and will Dhirendra compromise his position for a child that is not his own?

STORY :

Circa 1930 during the British Rule in India, while most Indians were busy agitating against the British to quit India, Thakur Jaswant Singh lives a carefree wealthy lifestyle, surrounded by his friends, who are only there to have a good time drinking alcohol and watching dancing courtesans everyday. Jaswant's day starts when he wakes, and it could be early morning or late evening. Then one day one of his friends, Sansar, introduces a young man named Amal, a photographer by profession, and Jaswant hires him on the spot, with a generous salary and accommodations. Amal accompanies Jaswant everyone, including his frequent trips to assorted courtesans, and takes vivid photographs. Then Jaswant meets with an eligible young girl and marries her. A few years later she gives birth to a son, Naresh. Jaswant finds out that Amal has been taking an unusual interest in Naresh, including scolding him so that he can stop following Jaswant's footsteps. Jaswant warns Amal, only to find out that Amal has slapped Naresh. An enraged Jaswant fires Amal. Seventeen years later, India is free from British rule, Jaswant is widowed, Amal is being released from prison along with other freedom fighters, and Naresh is to get married soon. It is then Jaswant comes across a locket that once belonged to his wife. Jaswant opens the locket hoping to see his photograph, but is stunned when he sees another man photo in the locket. The question remains whose photo did Jaswant see, and why would his wife have another man's photograph in her personal locket?

STORY :

STORY :

STORY :

Chandramukhi is a pretty young woman who lives in Bombay, India, with her mom, Sarla, and dad. They decide to go on a holiday to scenic Simla, where Sarla meets her childhood friend, Kanta Gupta, who lives there with her Psychiatrist son, Naresh. Chandramukhi and Naresh are attracted to each other much to joy of their respective parents. Then on the first night in Simla, Chandramukhi has a nightmare where she sees herself chasing a man. The second night she has the same nightmare, prompting Naresh to hypnotize her, and walks her through her adult life, then to her younger years, and then to her past life. Unable to proceed further, as he has no experience in this field, Naresh stops.
Then Chandramukhi's condition keeps on getting worse, she feels herself being attracted to former resident of Chandigarh, and now Simla's Public Prosecutor Mohan Kapoor, who is to marry Advocate Karuna , the daughter of wealthy Choudhury Janak Singh.
When Mohan begins to fall in love with Chandramukhi, and tells about this to Karuna, she decides to step aside and let him marry her. when Karuna invites Mohan and Chandramukhi over to her father's house - the very day he has decided to announce her engagement with Mohan - Chandramukhi reacts with a terrified scream in Janak's presence - an incident which will result in the investigation of sexual molestation and the subsequent murder of a village belle named Paro over 20 years ago. The perpetrator of these crimes is still at large with very little evidence to show that he actually did rape and kill Paro.

STORY :

STORY :

STORY :

Dr. Vijay is a psychiatrist and is in love with a beautiful young woman named Asha. He is stunned when another doctor refers Asha to him, as Asha has been having hallucinations and nightmares of a woman who comes to attack her and choke her to death.

Actually when Asha was a child, her mother was strangulated to death by her lunatic Aunty. Asha could never forget that incident even when she grew up. she often had nightmares of that horrible night. During her stay in the Convent, she often used to scream in her dreadful dreams. As a result, the other girls of the Convent were getting sick day by day and becoming scared too. And at last her hostel warden asks her to leave.

Vijay comes to know about Asha's case history.Vijay hypnotizes Asha, and is successful in driving away her fears. Asha, her room-mate friend, Shobha, and Vijay travel to Asha's old home out in the countryside.

Meantime, Asha's cousin Ashok, who was settled abroad, returns home & throws a party on Asha's birthday. During the party, when Asha finds the same strange woman, who used to haunt her, she straightway stabs her with the knife.

The woman is reported to have come from abroad just this day, How it's possible? how could she appear before Asha often in her house?

STORY :

Arvind Kumar Choudhary is widowed, respectable and wealthy businessman, who lives with his only son, Arun, in a palatial house. He re-marries another woman, Sujata, who is a widow, with two daughters, Veena and Seema. Arun does not respect her and refuses to even speak with her. Arun meets Neema Deshmukh and both of fall in love. With approval of their respective families they get married. Then things start to slide financially for the Choudharys when Arun accidentally breaks a valuable diamond while daydreaming about Neema; the Choudharys lose all their savings, building, vehicles and property, move to a shanty apartment, and Arvind passes away. Arun takes over the reins of this family, and starts talking to his step-mother. Neema gives birth to a baby boy and they name him Abhinandan. Misunderstandings occur between Sujata and Neema, they escalate, fueled by some gossip from neighboring women, leading to arguments between Arun and her. Then one day, Mahendra, Neema's brother sees Arun with another woman, informs Neema, who quickly packs her things and leaves Arun. She goes to the courts, gets the custody of Abhinandan, and Arun is only allowed a weekly 4 - PM visit, which he is unhappy with, and decides to wait until his son is 14 and will then take him home. Then Neema's father is arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau accepting a huge bribe from Mr. Lalwani; Mahendra asks Neema to sell her jewelery so that he can immigrate to Germany, she does so, he leaves, never to be heard from again. Neema's dad, Abhinandan and she re-locate to Nasik to live with Narendra, Neema's second brother and his wife. This is where her son grows up, curious to know about his dad. Years later when he turns 14, Arun shows up on her doorstep - only to be told that their son has run away from home. An enraged Arun must now find if Neema is telling the truth or hiding their son someplace else.

STORY :

Sheru (Shatrughan Sinha) and Vicky (Sunil Dutt) are two gangleaders. After a series of complications and mishaps both realize that they will be better off being friends and helping the poor and needy. They also fall in love with two separate women, one of them is Lacho (Reena Roy). When these two turn good guys, the bad guy's leader Banwanri (Ranjeet) gets angry and vengeful. Fortunately, for our two heroes get support from a honest police inspector (Premnath). Then Sheru finds out that Lacho really loves Vicky and his son, this embittered them both against each other. And the two again resume their old rivalry and hatred for each other.

STORY :

STORY :

Naukri is a story about a unemployed and physically challenged young man who cannot makes his ends meet. This character is played by none other than Rajesh Khanna the Superstar- no body else would have the guts to take such role in the peak of his career. He dreams and in his dream commits suicide and bumps into a ghost- jolly old showman Raj Kapoor. Raj Kapoor teaches Rajesh Khanna reasons to live and why people should not give up. STORY :

Ram Kumar Verma (Rajesh Khanna) is an honest albeit unsuccessful Insurance Agent. His poor performance and a quick settlement for Renu (Moushumi Chatterjee) and her mom (Sulochana) gets him transferred to Madhya Pradesh. During the train journey he comes across Nathu Singh (also Rajesh Khanna with dubbed voice of Kader Khan), and thinging that Nathu is an emperor of sorts, gets him to insure himself for Rs.5 lakhs, to which Nathu Singh agrees. Ram Verma returns to his company and is heartily congratulated by his Manager (Satyen Kappu) and the General Manager (Pinchoo Kapoor) even throws a party for Ram. Subsequently, the Manager realizes that the person Ram has insured is actually a wanted dacait and thug commonly known as Daku Nathiya, wanted by the police dead or alive. Fearing the collapse of the insurance company, the Manager coerces Ram to return to Madhya Pradesh and get Nathiya to cancel his insurance policy. Ram, in the interest of the insurance company, readily agrees and on the way to meet Nathiya, ends up saving Nathiya's son from a burning house, thus earning Nathiya's and his woman, Champa's (Rekha) gratitude. Ram finds out that Nathiya was otherwise known as Nathu Singh, a honest villager, with a beautiful wife (Aruna Irani), and a son Chander. A rich village lord, Thakur Ajit Singh (Ramesh Deo), rapes and kills Nathu's wife, and as Nathu is unable to get justice, he turns into Nathiya, the dacait. Ram only wants Nathiya to cancel the policy, so that he can return home, and promises not to inform the police. Nathiya agrees to cancel the insurance policy and let Ram return home. But Sambha (Joginder) is not pleased with the favors being showered on Ram and rebels, and forces Nathiya to keep Ram prisoner. When Nathiya is injured, Champa asks Ram to bring in a medical doctor, and Ram brings Renu, and ultimately both Ram and Renu are also held by Sambha, while Nathiya lies unconsicious. Meanwhile the police have launched a dragnet to capture Nathiya dead of alive. Will Ram and Renu return home to Ram's mother and sister, Sarla (Heena Kauser) and his best friend Babu Khan (Deven Verma)? Will Nathiya and Champa survive the police dragnet?

STORY :

Synopsis:

STORY :

This is a soft romantic movie which is all about sacrifice. Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore play the roles of estranged lovers and are busy sacrificing for each other until they unite in the end. It is a tear jerker which is a near classic. The music by S D Burman is very melodious but could not be a great success as the movie did not do very well primarily due to the fact that its release was delayed. The movie is again not available easily in India on DVD/CD and people are craving to see the movie. The characters are very strong in the movie and sacrifice for each other. Rajesh Khanna has put in a stellar performance and is aided by Sharmila and the child artiste. Prem Chopra another regular Rajesh Khanna costar is also there to do his bit. Over all a movie which will remind us of the values in the 1970s which is not there in today's world.

STORY :

STORY :

Retired Judge Shyamlal Kumar lives in a palatial home with his wife and only son, Arvind, who is now studying law and is on his way to become a lawyer, and than a judge just like his dad. Arvind meets with beautiful Asha Shastri, both fall in love and would like to get married. Asha introduces Arvind to her astrologer dad, Chintamani, who instantly approves of Arvind; while both Shyamlal and his wife give their blessings and approval to Asha. But when Chintamani, whose predictions always prove to be accurate, sees a dark future for the young couple, withdraws his blessings and asks them not to marry each other. Spooked by this, Shyamlal and his wife also ask Arvind to marry someone else. But both Arvind and Asha believe that nothing bad will befall them, and they start living together without getting married. This raising ire in the community and both are blacklisted. Asha becomes pregnant, and soon they start making plans for the new addition in the family. What Asha does not know that Arvind has met a lovely young woman named Neelam Shukla, who believes that Arvind is a bachelor and wants to marry him at all and any cost. While Arvind is undecided, plagued by Chintamani's prediction and his bad reputation in courts. STORY:

Chailla Babu released in 1977 was a runaway hit. It starred Super Star Rajesh Khanna and Zeenat Aman in the lead. This action movie must be watched carefully else one would lose track. The movie has good music by Laxmikant Pyarelal and some numbers were very popular then and still are. Rajesh Khanna is good in the movie and is in various characters all rolled into one. He looks great in action scenes also. Zeenat Aman looks good and performs well. This is a revenge drama told in a different style but as suggested if one is not careful - he would not understand. It is of course a must watch for Rajesh Khanna fans as he shows his skills in all - action, comedy, romance and drama

STORY:

STORY:

A singer by profession, Suraj (Rajesh Khanna) gets stranded in resthouse in the coutnryside during a rainstorm. While there he experiences ununsual feelings, as if he has been there before. He feels himself transported to another time and era, to another birth, and drawn to a woman named Ratna (Hema Malini). He is unable to leave this experience behind him, and decides to find out what this means. He discovers that in his past life he was a Chief Singer in the emperor's court, his name was Prakash and he had fallen in love with a courtesan named Ratna, much to the chargin and anger of his family and the emperor's and his officials. They are tragically separated. He subsequently comes across a portrait of Ratna, and shortly after he meets a gypsy, Jhumri (also Hema Malini) who looks exactly like Ratna. Soon Jhumri is also able to recollect her past life, and her love for Prakash. This does not auger well with Rita Malhotra (Asha Sachdev) who loves Suraj, and Appa (Prem Chopra), the son of the leader of the gypsies (Madan Puri), who will not stop at anything to make Jhumri his wife. Appa steals the portrait, and instigates the gypsies against Suraj, so that he can marry Jhumri, and perhaps separate the two lovers again in this birth also.

STORY :

A freedom fighter (Rajesh Khanna), a principled upright Police Officer (Shashi Kapoor), and a Pathan trcuk driver (Vinod Khanna), who would rather give up his life than go back in his word. All three of them have something in common. A tryst with destiny. A tryst that may be fatal! Along with them is Kamini (Mumtaz), a woman with a difficult choice to make. STORY :

Sunil (Rakesh Roshan), a young army officer, falls in love with Sheetal (Rekha) at first sight. On learning that she is betrothed with his commanding officer, Ajay (Sanjeev Kumar), he starts hating him. Hatred is soon turned into awe and respect when he gets to know Ajay while working closely with him. Sunil realizes that love has many forms and reconciles himself to losing his beloved. When Ajay gets killed in a forward operation, Sunil vows to take care of Ajay's widowed mother.This action-packed film, set against the backdrop of war, has Ashok Kumar in a pivotal role and Rajesh Khanna in a memorable guest appearance.

STORY :

Mangal Singh (Rajesh Khanna) has been a career criminal, whose criminal career began to steal food and to keep from starving, and thence got him in deeper and deeper in the criminal world. His crimes have caught up with him and he is sentenced to be hanged. He dramatically escapes with the help of underworld don, Suraj (Pinchoo Kapoor), and is on the run from the police.
